Under this deal, Aidrivers will offer AI-enabled autonomous solutions while Ashok Leyland will offer vehicle platforms

Ashok Leyland, an Indian multinational automotive manufacturer, has reportedly entered into a partnership with Aidrivers, an autonomous mobility solution for industrial automation, to optimize the business operations and improve the quality of services for developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) enabled autonomous vehicles.

According to a statement, both the companies have inked an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) for a long-term collaboration which will combine the knowledge and experience for moving ahead together in the fast pacing field.

Under this collaboration, Aidrivers will offer AI-enabled autonomous solutions, and Ashok Leyland will offer vehicle platforms. The firms will be working combinedly to discover the target markets and opportunities for cooperation.

Dr. Rafiq Swash, Founder and CEO of Aidrivers, quoted that there are strong opportunities where the technical know-how, resources, skills, and reputation of both the companies can accompany each other, especially in fulfilling the industry's need for a sustainable future.

Dr. N Saravanan, President and Chief Technology Officer of Ashok Leyland, said this is a proud moment for the firm’s reputation in innovation. The team is also delighted to be collaborating with Aidrivers and seek to work together to develop and create groundbreaking sovereign solutions that will enhance the industry's growth in the coming years.
