U.S. National Telemedicine debuts telehealth service DocTalkGo

DocTalkGo is a third-party tool which provides various telemedicine healthcare options in the U.S.

Sole telemedicine weight loss entity of U.S. has recently launched a telehealthcare service dubbed DocTalkGo. According to sources, the platform aims to treat a wide range of health conditions with the help of virtual specialists, doctors and nurses.

For the record, Telehealth service, also known as Telemedicine, is a promising and a fast-paced industry that allows patients and doctors to connect on a remote basis for treatment, diagnosis and management of a growing number of health issues ranging from weight loss, to acne treatment, to birth control and much more.

Sources claim that telemedicine-based health systems make it convenient for consumers to access basic healthcare services, eliminating the need for in-person visits, provide access to doctors and nurses outside of typical office hours, eliminate long wait times and further reduce the cost for both patients and doctors.

Seemingly, these consultations are either done on phones or on video after the patient has filled their online health screening and consent forms. These types of sessions are not appropriate for patients requiring a physical examination.
