The latest transaction marks the fourth-largest purchase for Tabreed in less than two years, after securing an 80% share in Emaar’s Downtown Dubai network along with purchasing the Saadiyat Island plant of Aldar and the Masdar City district cooling facility in Abu Dhabi.
