Toutche Electric, an electric mobility venture based in Mysore and Bangalore, has recently unveiled its new generation Heileo H100 electric bicycle in the country. Heileo H100 is an electric bicycle with a hybrid design and a 6061-aluminum alloy frame. It comes with a 250W rear hub motor and a detachable Li-ion battery and will be marketed at a price tag of INR 48,900 (around $657)

As per the company, the model will be available in two range options, 60km and 80km, based on the bicycle's pedal-assist mode. Feta white and spring green are the two-color variants available in the model at present.

The company claims that the H100 boasts a lightweight structure with 460 and 345 watt-hours of power. The bike has high build quality, user convenience, and superior design and comes with three modes of operation, offering the ability to function as a traditional bicycle when the user desires. Furthermore, with the pedal-assist feature, a user can push the bicycle's efficiency even further in electric mode.

According to Toutche, the electric mode is operated by a right-hand-side throttle and has five levels of power support. It added that bookings for the new e-bike and its other models, including the Heileo H200, M100, and M200, are now open. Toutche will be offering a two-year warranty on the frame coupled with eighteen months warranty on the electric motor, battery, and controller.

By the end of the year, the electric bicycle company plans to have 75 dealerships around the country, and aims to have over 200 dealerships by the end of 2022. Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Delhi are the existing locations were Toutche is currently operational.
