NuMSP announces acquisition of Corporate Technologies Boise business

The company is looking to provide services nationwide with efficient scale and resources to deliver advanced IT services to SMBs

NuMSP, one of the leading national managed service providers (MSP) which offers cybersecurity and IT solutions in the market, has announced that it has acquired the Boise assets of Corporate Technologies. Apparently, Corporate Tech will continue its operations in Minnesota, New Jersey, North Dakota, California, and Michigan.

NuMSP informed that this is its ninth acquisition and the company is looking to provide nationwide presence with efficient scale and resources to deliver advanced IT services to SMBs that will compete with rival solutions offered by Fortune 500 companies, helping SMBs leverage IT investments to face numerous challenges.

According to CEO of Corporate Technologies, Elam Baer, NuMSP was its first choice for an MSP which is committed to SMB market when the company decided to exit from the market.  He said the company is still committed to their customers in Minnesota, New Jersey, California, North Dakota and Michigan. In addition, the team of NuMSP will continue to foster Boise customers with the same level of service delivery they provided, Baer claimed.

Jim Griffith, CEO of NuMSP was quoted stating that they have reached an agreement with Corporate Technologies to acquire its business in Boise. He believes the market of Boise is growing and vibrant for businesses, and NuMSP is looking forward to delivering IT services to the businesses there with supreme level of excellence.

The company said that after having wealth of experience in providing IT services and security solutions for SMBs, NuMSP’s leadership had recognized the need to provide premium solutions in every state in the U.S.

Though the market of SMBs is always responsible for many jobs and economic growth in the United States, the ability of this segment to leverage technology has always been restricted to in-house research proficiency and expertise. NuMSP is looking forward to entering into new geographic markets as well as acquiring MSPs in existing territories.
