Cider Security, a startup that helps firms protect their systems during software development, has reportedly secured $38 million in a Series A investment funding round headed by Tiger Global. Sources close to this move state that Cider Security will leverage this fresh funding for fast-tracking its engineering efforts and create more offices worldwide. The startup, launched in late 2020, says that dozens of companies already depend on its platform to safeguard their software development environments.
