Daktela dives into Artificial Intelligence with Coworkers.ai buyout

Daktela, a leading global technology firm that offers its own software for internal communication, customer experience management, and communication between organizations and their consumers, purchased a majority stake in Coworkers.ai.

For the uninitiated, Coworkers.ai, founded in 2019, is a leader in the Czech market, providing its own intelligent voicebots and chatbots. Some of the companys clients include the online supermarket Kosik.cz, Kooperativa, the Komercní banka, Generali ceská pojistovna, stavebniny DEK, and others. Coworkers.ai is an extension of the Artin company.

According to credible sources, this is the first of many planned acquisitions for Daktela which, in addition to organic development and international expansion, might help the organization rank among the top 10 global CCaaS service providers over the next five years.

David Hajek, Co-Founder and Head of global expansion at Daktela revealed that the company was seeking organizations that had a profile and focus similar to those of Daktela in those overseas markets where the firm was not yet present.

Hajek added that Daktela would be able to strengthen its product portfolio and scale its core business with the help of technological acquisitions. Hájek also predicted that AI would soon become an essential reality across companies.

Hajeks claims are supported by various trustworthy reports, which stated that 10% of consumer and corporate communication may take place through automated technologies by 2026 due to the robust usage of artificial intelligence, saving firms an estimated $80 billion.

Daktela will acquire Coworkers.ai three years after the first edition of its solution was developed. The Brno-based startup has spent most of its time and resources in creating the actual product. Coworkers.ai was successful in developing its own natural language processing (NLP) solution using artificial intelligence.

The total value of the transaction is anticipated to be in millions of US dollars, with Daktela buying around 51% stake in Coworkers.ai. As per reliable reports, Daktela teamed up with the law company Randa Havel Legal to complete the acquisition process, while legal consultancy Sedlaková Legal represented Coworkers.ai.
