CBTS joins forces with Hawaiian Telcom to support enterprise clients

CBTS, one of the leading companies delivering cloud, communications, consulting, and infrastructure solutions to clients across North America, has reportedly partnered with Hawaiian Telcom to support its enterprise consumers across the state.

Hawaiian Telcom oversees Hawaii’s largest cutting-edge fiber network and delivers exceptional networking and communications solutions. Whereas CBTS serves more than 3,000 business clients in North America. The company’s client base includes dozens of Global 2000 and Fortune 500 companies.

Reports claim that Kevin Paul, Senior Vice President of Hawaiian Telcom’s Advanced Services, would lead the CBTS initiative in Hawaii. Speaking on which, Paul said that he is excited to lead this new initiative that would leverage Hawaiian Telcom’s fiber network and bring CBTS’ innovative IT solutions to enterprises across Hawaii.

He added that CBTS delivers flexibility, agility, and consumer focus of smaller companies, along with the ability to offer resource scale required by large organizations.

CBTS is fully owned subsidiary of Cincinnati Bell Inc. The company has over 1,800 employees, comprising 800 certified engineers. The company’s technology partners include Hewlett Packard Enterprise, EMC, Dell, IBM, and Cisco. Claims are made that, with this partnership, Hawaiian Telcom would leverage CBTS’s deep technological expertise.

In addition to Kevin Paul, Jason Fujita, Vice President of Sales, Hawaiian Telcom, is said to work closely with the CBTS Hawaii team and continue to serve regional businesses.

Speaking on the partnership, Fujita said that CBTS’ experience and scale enhance their ability to serve business consumers. Early partnerships have resulted in transformative projects like modernizing cybersecurity and corporate IT, which strengthen their company’s role as Hawaii’s Technology Leader.  

Meanwhile, Jeff Lackey, Chief Operating Officer at CBTS, said that CBTS would help enterprise organizations in Hawaii to drive business outcomes through its communications, cloud, and infrastructure and consulting solutions.
