American tech behemoth, Apple has unveiled updated professional training and certifications for IT management and support as the demand for trained technical and support staff in the IT enterprises is growing.
As firms extend their use of technology, employees are demanding to use iPad, iPhones, and Mac at work, resulting in a rising requirement for IT professionals skilled in managing and supporting Apple products.
The training has been redesigned completely and shifted to a self-paced, online format. The users can now showcase their proficiency with two new exams and earn certifications from the tech giant.
Susan Prescott, Apple’s Vice President of Enterprise and Education Marketing, said that now more people are using iPad, iPhones, and Mac to do their best work, and the demand for Apple-certified IT professionals is at pace.
The Apple Professional Training assists anyone interested in technology, whether they are upscaling their skills or changing careers, pursuing certifications helps in getting high-paying IT jobs. The firm believes in the inclusion of technology, so the new courses are instructor-led and freely available, and the firm is working to make sure that the ability to pay is not a barrier to acquiring Apple certification, she said.
Currently, Apple Device Support and Apple Deployment & Management are the two new Apple Professional Training Courses available on training.apple.com.
These courses are consecutive and build on concepts and skills as the employer progresses. During the completion of each course, new certification assessments will be available to showcase the efficacy achieved at every level with corresponding digital badges from Apple.
Each exam will cost around $149. The certifications could be added to job boards, resumes, and online profiles, empowering users to be an exceptional choice in job searchers and allowing employers to search for an ideal candidate.
