AllCloud buys Integress to expand cloud services in North America

AllCloud- a professional cloud service provider has reportedly announced the purchase of Integress- a data analytics entity that provides business intelligence solutions to customers in various industries from financial services and insurance to transportation.

AllCloud is an AWS (Amazon Web Services) Premier Consulting Partner and Salesforce Platinum Partner with U.S. operations headquartered in Denver. Through the transaction, the company is aiming at fulfilling its goal of integrating advanced data integration technology and data visualization into cloud-based applications.

According to an official statement by AllCloud, the acquisition will help the firm broaden its AWS and Salesforce-led data and analytics offerings across North America. Its Europe, Middle East, and Africa locations already comprise of separate data analytics services.

Doug Shepard, President of AllCloud North America, mentioned that in the last 18 months owing to the pandemic, most organizations have moved to cloud systems. Enterprises are also appreciating the insights, strategic improvements, and operational efficiencies that may be made by using their data.

Mr. Shepard added that Integress is a leading name in innovation that offers expertise in Snowflake’s cloud-powered data warehousing systems that have added operational and security solutions along with machine learning-led data integration technologies.

Commenting on the capabilities of Integress, Doug Shepard outlined the firm’s proficiency in data visualization with Sigma and Tableau, and technology alliance with Fivetran, AWS, and Matillion.

He mentioned that the company is known to offer expertise in the aforementioned areas as accelerated analytics strategy and design, machine learning & artificial intelligence, business intelligence analytics, cloud data pipeline and integrations, cloud analytics quick start, and cloud data warehousing.

Mr. Shepard added that in the last few years, Integress has helped many clients meet their business outcomes of increased revenues and expanded margins which has been done by making data accessible through advanced analytics, cloud data warehousing, and visualization.

Citing sources, the Founder and CEO of Integress- Mr. Dave Taddei will join as the senior VP of data and analytics practice, All Cloud North America.
