Accolite Digital acquires Abyeti; bolsters product engineering

Accolite Digital, an innovative, best-in-class digital transformation services provider, has recently announced acquiring Abyeti Technologies, the firm well known for building great enterprise software across multiple domains and technologies.

Abyeti, found in 2012, is headquartered in Bangalore, India. It supports various top software product companies expand their product development capabilities, especially at the time when they are looking forward to entering into mergers or acquisitions. The firm also has a fast-growing footmark in the payments space.

Leela Kaza, Founder and CEO of Accolite Digital, stated that the acquisition of Abyeti is a breakthrough moment in the firm's evolution, which will support the Company to identify the untapped growth opportunities and further accelerate growth in Accolite's digital engineering practice.

He further believes that the team of Abyeti is inclusive of highly talented technologists. This is projected to be enormously additive for the growth of the firm's technology domain as they wish to grow it by 2X in the coming years via organic initiatives and M&A.

Following this acquisition, Accolite remains highly determined to focus on fast-tracking its M&A strategy for complementing its long-term objective of scaling the revenue to $500 Million by 2025.

It has been reported that the collaboration of the firms will further be a noteworthy enabler to Accolite's evolution in the technology vertical.
